Delhi Assam Roadways Corporation Ltd is located at H. No. 919 in Sector 12A. This is our Gurgaon office, and it’s where we manage a lot of our transport operations. We have been in the trucking and logistics business for quite a while. This house in Sector 12A serves as our hub for the administrative side. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and talking to drivers who are out on the road. It’s not a glamorous job. There are always papers flying around and phones ringing with questions about where a truck is or when a delivery will arrive. We have a small yard area for some of the vehicles, but most of the action happens on the road between here and Assam. The office is functional and a bit old-fashioned. We have heavy wooden desks and old filing cabinets that have been here for years. We don't see the need for anything too modern as long as the work gets done correctly. The staff here knows the routes inside out. We talk about fuel prices and highway conditions more than anything else. It’s a steady business. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want to make sure the goods get from one place to another without any trouble. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the rainy season slows us down, but we always keep moving.
