You can find us on the ground floor of building 912 in Sector-23A, Gurgaon. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for elevators, and we can see the trees outside through the windows. The office is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of power strips for all our equipment. We handle travel management, so there is a lot of back-and-forth communication going on. Some of us are focused on cars while others are looking at flights or hotel stays. It is a lot of staring at screens and making sure the dates and times all match up correctly. We have a small corner with a kettle where we make coffee, and there is usually a pack of biscuits sitting there for whoever is hungry. Sector-23A is a decent place to work, though it can be hard for visitors to find the exact building number sometimes. The floor is made of that old grey tile that stays cool even when it is hot outside. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that; we just talk across the room if we need something from each other. At the end of the shift, we make sure all the computers are shut down and the doors are locked up tight. It is a straightforward job in a quiet part of town, and we like that it stays fairly predictable for the most part.
