Our setup is located at House No.350 G in the H/B Colony over in Sector 39. Being in Gurgaon, we are used to the fast pace, but inside this house, things are a bit more steady. Ddr is the name we go by, and we’ve made this residential spot our work home. It’s a bit unusual working out of a house in a colony, but it suits us just fine. We don't have a giant signboard or any of that fancy marketing stuff on the walls. Mostly, it’s just rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down during the day. Every day is pretty much the same—we show up, get the files sorted, and deal with whatever comes our way. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk during lunch if it’s not too hot outside. The electricity goes out once in a while, so we have a generator that kicks in with a loud hum. We don’t use big words to describe what we do; we just get the work finished. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. It’s not the kind of place you see in a brochure, but it’s real and it works for us. We just focus on the tasks and go home. No corporate layers here, just regular people working.
