Dalkia India Pvt Ltd

We operate out of Laxmi Garden in Gurgaon, sharing space at 18/25 with B K Chug. Dalkia India Pvt Ltd is a bit of a mouthful for a name, but we are just a small team working out of this part of Haryana. The garden area is actually quite nice, though the traffic nearby can get really loud during the morning rush. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of folders stacked up on the floor. It’s not the kind of office where you’ll find fancy coffee machines or glass walls. We usually just get tea from the guy around the corner. Working here involves a lot of technical talk and looking at diagrams that might confuse most people. We spend our time trying to figure out how to make things run better for the projects we handle. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit before we can get back to the computers. It gives us a chance to talk about things other than work, which is nice. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we just want to get our tasks done and go home to our families at the end of the day. The office feels lived-in because we spend so much time here. There’s a leaky tap in the small bathroom that we really should fix one of these days. For now, we just keep focusing on the work at hand in our little corner of Gurgaon.
