Our company, Daksha Infrabuild, is located at 402/21 in Om Nagar, on Street No. 2 in Gurgaon. Gurgaon is a place that never seems to stop growing, and being in the infrastructure business, we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools and our project files. It’s not one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the Cyber City area. We are on a regular street where you can hear the local sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We don’t have any polished slogans or big marketing campaigns. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do a solid job on each one. The team here is small, and we all know each other well. We spend a lot of time out at the construction sites, so the office is often empty during the day except for one or two people handling the phones. We have some old wooden desks and a printer that we have to smack sometimes to get it to work. We don't use a lot of fancy English or corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a project is behind, we say it’s behind and we work harder to catch up. It’s a very direct and honest way of doing things, and that’s how we like it. Most days we are just happy to get the work done without too much trouble.
