Curry Gardens

We've been operating out of S-240 in Greater Kailash 1 for a good amount of time. It’s a nice part of New Delhi to be in, though finding parking on our street can be a real headache some days. We mostly focus on the food and getting orders out to people living nearby. The kitchen stays pretty warm throughout the day, especially when we have several things cooking at once. We aren't some huge restaurant group with a bunch of managers in suits. It’s just us here, making sure the spices are right and the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes we run out of something and have to run to the local market to grab more. That's just how it goes when you're a smaller spot. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't do a lot of advertising because we're usually too busy actually working in the shop. The building is an older one, but it serves us well. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it should. It's hard work and the hours are long, but we like being part of the GK community. There isn't much more to it than that. We show up, we cook, and we go home. It’s a simple life for us here at the garden. We try to keep the shop running as smoothly as a busy kitchen allows.
