Crystal Travel is located in DLF City Phase III, specifically at S-56/11 and 12 in Gurgaon. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a good bit now. Being a travel agency in a place like Gurgaon means we see a lot of people looking to go all over the place. We spend our time looking up flights, figuring out train schedules, and trying to get the best routes for people. It’s not always easy because prices change every five minutes. The office is usually full of maps and travel brochures, though most things are on the computer these days. We aren't a big fancy chain; it’s just us here in the office making sure things get booked right. DLF Phase III is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve had customers who have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us. Sometimes the internet goes down or a booking system glitches, and we have to spend hours on the phone to fix it. That's just part of the job. We don't use any big slogans or promises. We just try to help people get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It's a practical business and we're just regular people doing the work every day.
