Finding us can be a little tricky because we are tucked away on the 4th floor in Room No-24 here in New Delhi. It is one of those buildings where you really have to look at the signs or ask the guy at the front desk where to go. We have been operating from this spot for a while, dealing with all the stuff that comes with being a branch of Cryo-Save India. It is mostly just paperwork and phone calls in this room. New Delhi is a huge place and being in the middle of it means things are always moving fast outside our windows. Inside, it is a bit quieter though. We don't have a big lobby or fancy furniture because we don't really need it for the kind of work we do. It’s a practical space. Most of the staff here have been around for a long time so we kind of just have our own rhythm. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the files. It's not the most exciting office in the world but it is ours. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s just a room on the fourth floor where work happens every day. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. We are just a small part of the bigger India operations and we do the job.
