Crown Plaza

Our setup is located at Flat No-37 in the SFS Flats of Sector-19, Pocket-1, right here in Dwarka. It's a residential area. It’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads of New Delhi. We operate the Crown Plaza side of things from this flat, which keeps us close to the local community. We don't have a giant neon sign. We don't have a massive lobby. It’s just a regular flat where we get our work done every day. We deal with a lot of bookings and coordination for guests. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people over the phone. Being in Dwarka is great because everything you need is just a short walk away. We know the guards at the gate and the folks who run the local shops. We don't try to sound like a big corporate office because we aren't. We are just a small team working to make sure everything goes smoothly for our clients. Sometimes the lifts in the building are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of life here. We’ve been at this location for a good while and it feels like home to us now. We just want to do a good job and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a decent place to work.
