We have a small office located right inside the Department of Tourism at Kurukshetra University. You can find us near Vijay Kumar’s area. It is a bit of a different environment being on a university campus. We see a lot of students and professors coming in and out all day. Some of them want to know about travel for their research and others are just planning a trip for their break. We have a couple of desks and a few chairs for people to sit on. It is quite a simple setup. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking things on the computer. The campus is very green and it is nice to walk around during our lunch break. We handle a lot of the local travel arrangements like bus bookings and hotel reservations for people visiting the university. It is not a big commercial office with lots of staff. It is just a few of us who know the travel business well. We have stacks of brochures and forms on the tables. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when classes let out and students are walking by in the hall. We have been here for a while now and we are very used to the daily routine of the university. It is a quiet place to work most of the time.
