Courtyard Residency

We are located at B-37 A in Sushant Lok-1. It’s a pretty easy spot to find once you’re in the neighborhood. Courtyard Residency is basically just a place where people stay, and we try to keep it as comfortable as we can without being over the top. It’s a building with rooms and a little bit of space outside. We spend a lot of our time making sure the place is clean and that the people staying here have what they need, like towels or a bit of drinking water. It’s a lot of walking up and down the stairs throughout the day. The area of Sushant Lok-1 is usually busy, but since we’re tucked into the B block, it stays a bit quieter than the main roads. We have a few staff members who help out with the cleaning and the front desk duties. It’s not a five-star hotel with a giant lobby, just a regular residency where you can get some sleep. Sometimes the plumbing gives us a bit of trouble, but we have a guy we call who comes and fixes it pretty fast. We try to keep the garden out front looking okay, though the heat makes it hard for the plants sometimes. It’s just us running the place, day in and day out. We aren't part of any big chain; it's just this one location and the small team we have here, making sure things stay functional for our guests.
