Courtyard Residency Pvt Ltd is located out in Telpuri, Pataudi, which is a bit of a drive from the main parts of Gurgaon. It is much quieter out here compared to the city. We have our office set up to manage the residency affairs, and it’s a fairly simple operation. The air is a bit cleaner than in the middle of town, which is nice when we step outside for a break. Most of our day is spent talking to residents or dealing with the maintenance of the property. We have a small team, so everyone knows each other’s business. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie every day. We prefer being comfortable while we work. The building is solid and does the job, though sometimes the internet can be a bit slow because we are further out. We have a lot of keys and ledgers lying around. People come in to ask questions about their rooms or to pay their bills, and we just handle it one by one. There are some trees around the office that give good shade in the afternoons. It feels more like a community than a big company. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We are just here in Telpuri, making sure things stay in order and the gates are locked at night. It’s a quiet life but we like it.
