Our office is located right on Station Road in Ward Number 4 of Basugaon. Being in this part of Assam, specifically in the Chirang district, means life moves at a different pace than in the big cities. The train station is just a short walk away, so we hear the whistles and the tracks rattling all day long. This is a small town, and our office is part of that local fabric. We’ve got a small space where we handle vacation bookings and talk to people about their travel plans. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass partitions. It’s more of a walk-in spot where you can sit down on a plastic chair and have a chat. We deal with a lot of local folks who want to see different parts of India. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, and we’re always sweeping it out. During the monsoon, the rain hits the metal roof so loud you have to shout to be heard, but that’s just how it is here. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. We try to keep things simple and help people out with their paperwork for their trips. It’s a friendly place, and often people just stop by to say hello even if they aren't booking anything. We like being right here on Station Road where all the action is.
