We are located at House Number 3699 on Street Number 2 in Shimlapuri, Ludhiana. The office is right opposite the Rishi Dharam Kanda, which is a local landmark everyone around here knows. It is a busy part of Ludhiana with a lot of small shops and houses all mixed together. Our office is part of the family house of Sh. Ved Prakash, so it has a very personal feel to it. You won't find any corporate glass walls here. Instead, it is just a room with some chairs and a desk where we handle travel and shipping details. The street outside is usually full of scooters and people going about their business, which makes it a lively place to work. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking for updates and talking to people about their plans. Sometimes the internet is slow or the street noise gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. It is a straightforward operation. We drink a lot of chai and keep the fan going to deal with the Punjab heat. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It is just a small local office in a residential street where we do our daily work and try to stay organized among all the paperwork and local commotion. It feels right being part of this community in Shimlapuri.
