Our office is at 11-Mitra Vihar in Pitampura. Delhi is always busy and this part of the city is no different. We are just a regular bunch of people working here. The building is not anything special to look at but it serves its purpose for us. We spend our shifts handling whatever comes our way. Pitampura has a lot of traffic and the commute can be a bit of a pain some days depending on the metro or the buses. We don't have any big corporate banners hanging outside. It's more of a local office vibe where everyone knows each other's names. We eat lunch at the small shops nearby or bring tiffins from home. The desks are a bit close together and the air conditioning sometimes makes a rattling noise but we are used to it. It’s a straightforward place to work. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the calls and the computers. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy but usually we just head home once the shift is done. The 110034 area code is our little corner of the world. It’s honest work and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things. It gets quite loud when the shift changes and everyone is talking at once, but that's just how it goes here. We have a small water cooler in the corner that everyone gathers around. Sometimes we talk about the cricket scores while we wait for the next call to come through.
