Convergys

We are located at 533/21 in Lane 6 over in Omnagar, which is a part of Gurgaon that gets pretty crowded. If you have been to this area, you know how the lanes can be a bit narrow and tricky to find if you are new. We have been working out of this spot as Convergys for a while now. It is just a regular building among many others in this part of town. Gurgaon has grown so fast with all these big towers, but our corner in Omnagar feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We spend our shift times inside, mostly sitting at desks and handling whatever work comes through the computers. It is not a flashy office with a huge sign or anything. Most of the people who work here live nearby or take the bus to get to Lane 6. The mornings are usually the busiest when everyone is trying to get into their spots. We don't have a lot of fancy stuff in the office, just the basics like chairs, tables, and a place to get some water. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a bit of a headache, but we get by. It is a steady job for us here. We don't really have a grand story to tell. We just show up at our address in Omnagar and do what needs to be done before heading home. It is a typical Gurgaon life, really. Nothing special, just hard work. It is just our day.
