Convergys

Our place is on the 1St Floor of B-117 in Ardee City. That’s in Sector -52, Gurgaon, with the 122003 pin code. We’ve been working for Convergys from this location for quite a while now. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s a bit different from the massive glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for elevators. The office is pretty basic, just rows of desks and some old chairs. We spend most of our time on headsets, talking to people from all over. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is on a call at once. We usually have our lunch together in the small break area we set up. It’s not the most exciting environment, but we get the job done. Sector -52 is a decent area with some good food stalls nearby, which is where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. We don’t have any marketing speak about our values or anything like that. We just come in, do our shifts, and try to help the people who call us. Some shifts are long and tiring, especially when the weather is bad outside. But we have a good group of people here and we help each other out when things get stressful. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people doing a regular job.
