Convergys

We’re located over in Dwarka, specifically in Sector 11, Pocket 01. Our office is actually inside Surabhi Apartments, Flat Number 13. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment complex compared to a big glass building, but it suits us just fine. It’s quieter here, and we don’t have to deal with the main road noise as much. Convergys has been operating from this spot for a while. We have a couple of rooms set up with computers and desks. It’s a small group of us, and we all know each other pretty well. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the security at the gate is a bit strict about visitors, so we have to tell them who's coming ahead of time. Being in New Delhi 110045 means we’re close to everything but tucked away enough to actually get work done. We don’t have a big reception desk or a shiny logo on the wall. It’s just a practical space where we handle our daily tasks. Some days the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We don't make big promises, we just try to keep things moving and stay organized. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we like the neighborhood vibe of Sector 11.
