We’re located in DLF Phase 2 in Gurgaon, specifically at K 2/2. This area is full of offices and tall buildings, but ours is a bit more modest. We do a lot of service-related work here. Usually, that means answering calls and dealing with customer questions. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We have rows of desks and everyone has their own little space with their headphones on. The air conditioning is always freezing, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even in the summer. It’s a fast-paced environment and there’s always someone coming or going. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with big speeches. We just focus on hitting our numbers and making sure the calls are handled. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local food stalls outside the gates. The commute to Gurgaon is a bit of a nightmare for most of the staff, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for a few years and have seen the buildings around us go up one by one. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we do. We try to help out where we can. It’s just a regular office job at the end of the day. There is always a lot of activity happening in this corridor.
