Our place is at House No 552 in Neb Sarai, which is right near the IGNOU campus. It’s a busy area because of all the students and the people coming and going from the university. We work out of this house, so it has a bit of a homey feel compared to a standard office building. The lanes in Neb Sarai can be quite tight, and finding a place to park is a daily challenge that we all face. We spend most of our time on the phones or handling data on the computers. Since it’s a residential building, we have to be a bit careful about the noise, but we’ve been here long enough that we have a good relationship with the neighbors. The local market is just a short walk away, which is where we usually go for tea or lunch. There’s always a lot of energy in the area because of the college crowd. We have people working different shifts, so the lights are often on late into the night. It’s a lot of steady work, and we just try to keep our heads down and get through the tasks. We aren’t a huge corporate setup with a lobby and a receptionist; it’s more of a practical workspace where we focus on the job at hand. It’s just us doing our work in this busy part of the city. We keep things simple here at House No 552.
