Convergys India is tucked away at 46-A, Pocket-A in Sidhartha Extension. This is in New Delhi, 110014. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as loud as the commercial hubs. The office is located in a spot that’s quite easy to reach once you know the layout of the pockets. We’ve been at this address for a while. The inside of the office is pretty standard. We have rows of desks and some old fans that hum in the background. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we’ve managed to organize it okay. We don't have a fancy lobby or a guard at a big desk. Usually, you just knock and come in. We spend our days mostly on the computers or talking among ourselves about the projects. New Delhi can be overwhelming, but this little corner of Sidhartha Extension feels a bit more grounded. We have a small terrace where a couple of us go to get some air during the afternoon. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are narrow. We don't have any big posters or branding on the walls inside. It’s just white walls and some calendars. It’s a simple, honest place to work. We just show up, do what’s required, and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or drama.
