Convergys India Services has an office over at C-1/209 in Madhu Vihar. We are located in the Dwarka area, right opposite Sector 5 and tucked behind the Sai Baba Mandir. It’s a large office where a lot of people sit and work on computers all day long. The building is usually full of the sound of typing and people talking on phones with customers. We handle a lot of different jobs for other companies. It’s a busy place with people coming and going for their different shifts at all hours. Dwarka is a big residential and commercial area, so there is always a lot of traffic nearby. We’ve been at this Madhu Vihar spot for some time now. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work actually happens. We have a lot of different teams working on various things. Sometimes the coffee machine is the most popular spot in the whole place. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or anything. We just focus on the work that needs to get finished by the end of the day. The Sai Baba Mandir is a good landmark for people trying to find the building. It’s just a regular office setup but it can get pretty loud when everyone is busy. We just keep the systems running and make sure the people we serve are taken care of. It’s just standard office life with plenty of deadlines and tasks to manage every single day. We just show up and keep the computers going.
