Convergys India Pvt. Ltd is where we work. We are located at U 64/55 in DLF Phase-3. This is on the second floor, which is good because it’s a bit away from the street noise. Gurgaon is always loud, and DLF Phase-3 is especially busy with all the cars and people moving through. Our zip code is 122002. The office itself is pretty standard. We have desks, some old computers, and a small break area where the kettle is kept. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies about big tech companies. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. We’ve been here for a while, and we know the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing at our desks. It can get a bit repetitive, but we have a good group of people here. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just handle the tasks that are assigned to us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That’s just how things are here in Haryana.
