Our place, Convergy'S India Pvt. Ltd, is situated at H. No 116 in Gujjar Nagar. This part of Jammu Tawi is quite interesting to be in. It’s more of a residential-feeling spot than a big commercial hub, which we actually kind of like. The house number is 116, and it’s tucked away in the streets of Gujjar Nagar. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, like kids playing or neighbors chatting. Jammu has its own pace, and we definitely feel that here. The winters get quite cold, and you can see the mountains in the distance on clear days. We spend a lot of time inside this building, just going through our daily tasks. It’s not a fancy glass office building like you see in the big cities. It’s just a house that we use for our work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or we have to run out to grab some supplies from the local market nearby. People in the area know us, and we know them. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just the team here in Gujjar Nagar, doing what we need to do to keep things moving. The walk to the main road isn't too long, but we mostly stay put during the day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the usual city sounds and the occasional barking dog.
