Chines Thai Cafe

Chines Thai Cafe sits right at The Chowk on MG Road in Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy MG Road gets, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. The kitchen is small but we keep it busy from morning until late at night. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and making sure the sauces taste right. It’s not a fancy five-star place, just a regular cafe where you can grab a bite. The smells of ginger and garlic are always in the air here. We have a few tables and chairs, nothing too comfortable, but it works for a quick meal. Most of our customers are people working in the nearby offices or shoppers taking a break. Sometimes it gets really crowded and we have to move fast to keep up with the orders. The floor gets a bit slippery and the steam makes it hot, but we don't mind. We just like cooking food that people enjoy eating. MG Road is always changing, new buildings going up all the time, but we stay right here at The Chowk. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours on our feet. We just take it one order at a time and try to stay organized through the rush.
