China Airlines Cargo Gsa Ascent Air Pvt Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in Sector 17 A over in Dwarka, and honestly, it’s usually full of papers and the sound of phones ringing. We deal with a lot of cargo stuff for China Airlines as the Gsa for Ascent Air. It’s a lot of coordination, checking weights, and making sure the labels are on right. It isn’t the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the computers are slow or there's a delay with a flight, and then we have to spend hours sorting it out. We’ve got a small team here in New Delhi and we’ve all worked together long enough that we don’t need to say much to get the job done. The desks are a bit cluttered with folders and half-empty tea cups. Being in 298 Sector 17 A, we get a lot of delivery guys coming in and out. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't really have a big corporate feel; it’s more like a group of people trying to make sure boxes get from one place to another without getting lost. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going. It’s mostly about sticking to the schedule and making sure the paperwork is filed before we leave for the day. That’s just how things go here for us in Dwarka.
