Our little travel spot is located at Wz-350/1 on Jail Road in the Nangal Raya area of New Delhi. We’ve been here for a while, helping people figure out their travel plans and tickets. It’s a busy road with lots of shops and people passing by all the time. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a couple of desks, some maps on the wall, and a lot of brochures piled up in the corners. People usually walk in off the street to ask about flight prices or how to get a visa for their next trip. We spend most of our time on the phone with airlines or searching for better routes on the computer. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like talking to travelers and hearing about where they want to go. Nangal Raya is a lively neighborhood, so there’s never a dull moment outside. We don't have any fancy corporate branding or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where you can sit down and talk about your holiday plans without any pressure. Sometimes things get complicated with cancellations or delays, and that’s when we’re busiest trying to fix things for our customers. We’ve built up a bit of a regular crowd from the local area who trust us to handle their bookings. We just take things one day at a time and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who stops by.
