Chandra Bhavan

Chandra Bhavan is situated over in Sector 57, specifically at 15/3 Harmony Homes in Sushant Lok 3. If you know Gurgaon, you know this part of town has grown quite a bit recently. We run things from here and it feels more like a home than a big corporate office. We have been in this spot for a while now, looking after the daily tasks that come with managing a place like this. It is mostly about making sure everything is clean and ready for whoever is coming through. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us handling the keys, checking the rooms, and making sure the water and electricity are working right. The street outside is usually quiet, which is nice for the people staying here. We spend our mornings getting things organized and our afternoons dealing with whatever pops up. Sometimes it's a leaky tap or just someone asking for directions to the nearest market. We like the Harmony Homes community because people are friendly and it feels safe. We don't use any fancy systems, just a basic ledger and our phones. It's a straightforward way to work. We see a lot of different faces every week. Some people stay for a day, others stay longer. We just try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days.
