Chadha

We are based at 25-A Mianwali Colony in Gurgaon, 122001. The name on the gate is just Chadha. It’s more of a family-run feel than a big business operation. Mianwali Colony is one of those older, more settled parts of Gurgaon where everyone kind of knows each other. Our building is a typical house that we use for our daily business activities. It’s not a modern glass building. It’s got a small garden area in the front which is nice when it isn’t too hot outside. Inside, it’s mostly just rooms converted into workspace. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics like desks, chairs, and a few computers. We’ve been here for quite some time, so we’re well-integrated into the neighborhood. Most of our work is handled by a small team. We don’t really have a hierarchy or anything like that. If something needs doing, someone just does it. We have our tea together in the mornings and talk about things other than work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do stay busy with our orders and paperwork. We don't use much marketing or anything. Word of mouth usually brings people our way. It’s an honest way to run a business and it’s kept us going all these years in this same spot.
