Our office for C.B Richard Eills Asia Pvt Ltd is at H.No-1066 in Sector -9, Gurgaon. This is a house that we use for our business operations. Sector 9 is one of the older, more established parts of Gurgaon. It has a different feel compared to the new high-rise areas. Being in a house number like 1066 makes the workplace feel a bit more personal and less cold than a steel-and-glass tower. We have our desks set up in the rooms and we go about our daily business from here. It is a quiet street for the most part, though you get the occasional vendor passing by. We have been operating from this Haryana location for some time now. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just the house number. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the specific house. We handle the local side of the business here. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone. We don't really have a lot of formal meetings; we just chat across the rooms. It is a very normal, local way to run a company. We like being in Sector 9 because it feels like a real neighborhood. We have been here so long that we know most of the people who walk their dogs past our gate in the morning. It’s just a house, but it’s our office and it works well for us. We keep things simple and don't worry about being fancy. We usually leave the windows open when the weather is nice to let a breeze in.
