Casanova India Tours

We are located in Ashok Vihar Phase III in Gurgaon, which is a busy residential spot. Casanova India Tours isn't a giant company with a glass building. We work out of this neighborhood because it is where we feel at home. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to hotels and drivers across the country. We have maps pinned up on the walls, and the desks are usually covered in printed itineraries and dusty folders. Gurgaon is always growing, and there is always construction noise somewhere nearby, but we just shut the door and focus on the bookings. People come in wanting to see Rajasthan or maybe go down south, and we sit with them to figure out the dates. It is not always smooth; sometimes a hotel is full or a train is cancelled, and we have to scramble to fix it. We do not use much fancy software, just the basic stuff that works for us. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is when we take a small break. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the drivers know exactly where to pick people up. We have been doing this for a while now, and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic around here. It is just a regular office where we try to make sure people’s holidays go okay. We stay here until the last itinerary is confirmed for the next morning.
