Casanova India Tours

Our small office is based in Salapur Khera, in the Bijwasan area of New Delhi. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the big city center, but we like it that way. Casanova India Tours is our business, and we mostly spend our time helping people plan their trips and figure out where they want to go. We don’t have a big fancy office with a lot of glass and steel. It’s just a regular room where we keep our maps and talk to travelers. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know which roads are good and which ones to avoid during the monsoon. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk because we think it’s better to just be honest with people. If a hotel isn't great, we’ll say so. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure drivers are ready and hotels have the right bookings. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes, especially during the peak tourist season, but we usually find a way to make it work. Bijwasan is a quiet place and it gives us a good base to work from. We’re just regular people who love travel and want to help others see the country. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure every trip we plan goes as smoothly as it can. That’s just how we do things here.
