Carnival Cruise Lines

So, we are based out here in Gurgaon, Haryana 122016. It’s a big city and sometimes it feels like everyone is in a rush. We represent Carnival Cruise Lines from this office. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, handling the phones and the computers. You wouldn’t think a cruise company would have an office in a place like this, far from the ocean, but here we are. The heat in Gurgaon gets pretty bad in the summer, so we’re glad for the AC. We have a mix of younger staff and some who have been here for years. It’s not a very big space, but it fits us. We don’t go in for anything flashy. We just try to make sure everything is handled right for the people who call in. Most days it’s just the sound of typing and some chatter in the background. We have our lunch breaks together sometimes, usually just getting something from the local stalls nearby. It's a decent place to work. We aren't some massive corporate hub with hundreds of floors. It's just a regular spot in 122016. We get through the work pile-up and try to stay ahead of things. It can be a lot of coordination with different time zones, but we’ve got a system that mostly works. It’s just a normal job in a normal office. We like the quiet when the phones stop ringing for a bit and we can just catch our breath.
