Carlson Wagonlit Travels

Our office is located at House No 641 in Pocket B of Sector 22, Gurgaon. It’s part of the HUDA area, so it’s a fairly organized neighborhood. Working for Carlson Wagonlit Travels from a house means we have a pretty grounded setup. We aren’t in one of those huge office complexes where you get lost in the elevators. Here, we just walk in and get to work. We deal with a lot of travel planning and corporate bookings. It’s mostly about managing schedules and making sure people get their tickets on time. The atmosphere in Sector 22 is quite nice; it’s a mix of homes and small offices. We have a few desks set up and some computers that stay busy all day. Since it’s a residential pocket, it’s mostly quiet, except for the occasional delivery bike or someone walking their dog. We like the simplicity of it. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and a microwave in the back. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the travel industry inside and out. We just sit down, do the bookings, and handle any problems that crop up. It’s a small, dedicated team here, and we just focus on doing our work correctly without making a big fuss about it. The street outside has some nice trees that provide shade for our cars. We usually head home right as the sun starts to set. It’s a decent way to spend the day for us all.
