Carlson Wagonlit Travel

We are based in Tower 6, specifically at T6-707, within the Sushant Estate in Gurgaon. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings and the busy streets below. The office is a straightforward workspace where we handle travel bookings and arrangements for Carlson Wagonlit. It is not a flashy travel agency with brochures all over the walls. Instead, it’s mostly just a group of people with headsets and multiple computer screens. We spend our days navigating flight schedules and hotel availability. The office can get quite loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we’ve all gotten used to the hum of activity. We have a small corner with a microwave and a coffee machine where we take our breaks. It is a very practical setup without any unnecessary decorations. Most of us have been working here for several years, so we have a good rhythm as a team. We don't have many visitors since most of our work is done over the phone or online. Getting to Sushant Estate can be a bit of a struggle during peak traffic hours, but once we’re up in the office, it’s a focused environment. We just try to stay on top of the requests and make sure everything is booked correctly. It is a busy, everyday sort of job in a typical Gurgaon high-rise.
