Our small spot is located at P1B-187 in the Princeton Estate, which is right in DLF Phase-5 of Gurgaon. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here with all the traffic. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with travel plans for people. It is a lot of looking at screens and talking on the phone to sort out flights and hotels. The office is tucked away in the estate, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road, which we like. We have a few computers that are always running and there’s usually a stack of printed itineraries sitting on the table. It’s not one of those huge corporate offices with glass walls. It feels more like a workspace where people actually get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, but usually, it’s just us typing away. We’ve been in this part of Gurgaon for a while now and have seen the buildings go up all around us. The staff mostly takes the metro or drives in from nearby. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. People just find us or hear about us from someone else. It's just a regular travel office doing its daily thing, making sure tickets are booked and nobody gets stranded at an airport. We just keep our heads down and work.
