Our office is tucked away in Ganinath Nikunj, right there in Sector 5 of Dwarka. If you know the area, you know Plot 1 can be a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been operating Carlson Wagonlit Travel from this spot for a while now. It isn't a flashy place with neon lights or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we spend our mornings and evenings. We handle a lot of travel bookings, mostly just sitting at our desks and making sure the details are right. The printers are usually humming and there’s always someone on the phone trying to fix a flight connection. We see a lot of people from around the neighborhood coming in to ask about their trips. It’s nice being in Dwarka because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity that doesn't care; we’re just local folks doing a job. Some days are busier than others, especially when the holiday season starts to kick in and everyone wants to leave the city heat. We drink way too much tea and deal with the usual Delhi power cuts when they happen. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s practical and straightforward here. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just make sure your tickets are ready and your hotels are booked without any extra drama.
