Carlson Wagonlit Travel is located at number 57 on Arjun Marg, which is right in DLF - 1 in Gurgaon. If you know the area, you know it’s a fairly busy street with a lot of movement. We have been at this address for quite a while now. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks and computers where we spend the day looking at flights and travel routes. It’s not the kind of place with a big lounge or anything. We mostly just talk to people on the phone or help out anyone who walks through the door looking for advice on a trip. The weather in Haryana gets really hot in the summer months, so we are thankful for the air conditioning, even if it’s a bit noisy. We have a small shelf with some old travel books and maps that nobody really uses anymore because everything is online now. The team here is small, just a few of us who have worked together for years. we know the local shops nearby where we get our afternoon tea. It’s a very normal office life. We deal with the usual stress of delays and cancellations, which keeps us pretty busy most of the time. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a couple of chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It’s a practical place and we just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
