Carlson Wagonlit Travel

We are located at U - 44/1 in DLF Phase III, Gurgaon. Anyone who has spent time in Gurgaon knows that Phase III can be a bit of a maze with all the different blocks and lanes. Our office is just a regular building among many others in this part of Haryana. Carlson Wagonlit Travel is where we spend our days looking at screens and talking to people about their trips. It’s a lot of coordination and checking timings. The office doesn’t look like much from the outside. Inside, it’s just rows of desks and the sound of people talking on headsets. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the best spots to grab a quick lunch nearby. The summer heat in Gurgaon is no joke, so we are thankful for the air conditioning, even if it rattles a bit sometimes. We don’t go in for fancy decor or big corporate slogans. It’s mostly just us trying to make sure people get where they need to go without any issues. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the phones don’t stop ringing, but we just get on with it. It’s a busy environment because people are always traveling. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see a group of people working hard and maybe a few stacks of travel brochures piled up on a corner desk. We try to leave on time because the evening traffic in DLF is always a headache.
