Carlson Wagonlit Travel

We are situated right behind C 65 in Shivaji Park, specifically at House No 4 in West Punjabi Bagh. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and being tucked away in this spot makes it a little quieter than being right on the main road. At Carlson Wagonlit Travel, we spend our days helping people figure out their trips and sorting out all the little details that come with traveling. The office is basically a converted house, so it has a bit of a cozy, lived-in feel to it. There’s always a lot of chatter about flights, hotels, and schedules going on inside. West Punjabi Bagh is a lively neighborhood, and there is always something happening outside our doors. We don't use any of those polished marketing phrases or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a local team trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic, but we just take it one customer at a time. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking dates, but we enjoy the variety of people we talk to. We don't have a big shiny lobby, just some desks and a lot of maps and schedules. It’s a practical place for practical work, and we’ve been here in Delhi for quite a bit.
