Carlson Wagonlit Travel, India operates out of this flat in Milan Vihar Apartment. We are in C5/128, which is in the I. P. Extension area of Patparganj in New Delhi. It is a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have been here in Patparganj for quite some time now. Most of our work involves sorting out travel plans and booking things for people all over the place. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop in if they need to. The neighborhood is very busy, especially with all the cars parked along the lanes. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails every single day. It can get a bit cramped when all the staff are in at once, but we make it work. Patparganj is a good location because it is well connected to the rest of Delhi. We often grab lunch from the local shops just outside the apartment gates. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. No one wears suits here unless there is a big reason. We just sit at our desks and try to find the best routes for travelers. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that is just part of living and working in Delhi. It is a solid team and we know each other well from working in such a small space.
