We are based out of Sector 15 Part 2 in Gurgaon. Being at number 817, it’s a standard office setup where we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff for the aviation side. Most of our work is linked to what happens at the airport, but this is where the paperwork and the planning happen. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads. You’ll find us here most mornings, usually starting early because the flight schedules don't really stop. There are a lot of files to manage and people to coordinate with. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. Gurgaon has changed so much around us, but we’ve stayed put in this sector. It’s a practical location for the staff who live nearby. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just rooms filled with desks and people working on ground handling logistics. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are delays at the airport, and the office gets busy with calls. We just try to stay on top of things. Most of the guys here have been in the aviation business for a long time, so we know how things work. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of hard work making sure everything is ready for the planes. We have our tea breaks and talk about the local traffic. That’s just how it is here. The desks are a bit cluttered with folders and coffee stains, but that’s just how we work.
