Call Ba(Subsidiery British Airways)

Our setup is located at 436/3 on Sector-12 A Road in Gurgaon. Being a part of the British Airways group through Call Ba, you might expect something very formal, but our daily reality here on the ground is much more grounded. The road outside is usually buzzing with local traffic and people moving about their day. Inside our office, it is all about the phones and the computers. We have a lot of people coming in for different shifts because the work never really stops. It gets pretty noisy in here with everyone talking at once, but you get used to it after a few days. The building itself is okay, it has seen some years, and the stairs are a bit narrow. We try to keep things organized at 436/3, though with so many people, the kitchen area always has someone in it making coffee. Gurgaon-122001 is a busy area, so finding a good parking spot in the morning is always a bit of a challenge for the staff. We just get on with it. There is no big ceremony here. We just come in, put on the headsets, and handle whatever comes our way. It is a lot of work, and some days are definitely longer than others. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day. The tea guy visits us too and that helps.
