Cafe' Blak Brew(Resturent)

We opened Cafe' Blak Brew here in Parvatiya Colony a while back. It’s right on the 30 Feet Road, near Maya Kunj Chowk. Most people around NIT Faridabad know the spot. It isn't a huge place, just a regular restaurant where we try to keep the coffee hot and the food decent for whoever walks in. We spend a lot of time at H.No:-804 making sure things are clean and ready for the morning rush. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. It’s just us working here, making snacks and brewing drinks throughout the day. If you live nearby or are just passing through the colony, you’ve probably seen our sign. We keep the doors open pretty late most nights because people like to sit and talk. The kitchen is small but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and have gotten to know the neighbors well. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen in Faridabad, honestly. There is always something to fix or a new batch of supplies to haul in from the market. We just do our thing and hope the food tastes good to the folks who live around here. It’s a simple setup, nothing more to it than that. Most days we are just busy cleaning tables and greeting regulars.
