We operate out of House Number 3B/4 in Aravali View, Rail Vihar. This is over in Sector-56 of Gurgaon. From our windows, you can actually see the hills on a clear day, which is where the name comes from. The area is mostly residential, with a lot of people who work in the big companies nearby. We are C B Richard Ellis South Asia Pvt. Ltd, but this office is just our local base for this part of the city. It’s a comfortable enough building. The road outside can be a bit bumpy and dusty, especially when the wind picks up. We have a small team here. Most of the time is spent on the phone or looking at maps and documents on our screens. It is a practical office, not one of those places with bean bags and free snacks. We have a water cooler and a small kettle for tea. The furniture is the basic office kind that gets the job done. Gurgaon is a fast place, but in Sector-56, things feel a little more grounded. We handle the property and real estate stuff from these desks. It’s just what we do for a living. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It is a simple way of doing business in a very busy city.
