Buddy'S Broaster Gurgaon

You can find Buddy'S Broaster at 124 in Khirki Village, right over in Saket. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because Khirki is this old village tucked away right near the big modern malls of Delhi. Our place is usually smelling like fried chicken and spices, which I guess is the whole point. We are in a narrow street, and it can get pretty crowded with delivery bikes trying to get in and out. The kitchen is small and stays hot all day long, and there is always the sound of the fryers bubbling away. We have some seating, but it’s nothing fancy—just some sturdy tables and chairs for people who want to eat right there. Most of the time, we’re busy bagging up orders and shouting to each other over the noise of the exhaust fans. It’s a bit chaotic, especially in the evenings when everyone in Saket seems to get hungry at the same time. The floor can get a little greasy despite our best efforts to keep it clean, and the lights are a bit bright. We aren't a big chain with a manual for everything. We just cook the food, serve the customers, and try to keep things running smoothly in the middle of the village. It’s a lot of hard work and sweat, but we’re happy to be here.
