British Airways

Our office is tucked away in DLF Phase I over in Gurgaon. Even though the name British Airways is big, this specific spot is just where a lot of the local work happens. It’s a nice enough area, much quieter than the center of Delhi. We spend our days dealing with flights, bookings, and all the stuff that happens before a plane even leaves the ground. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to people who are usually in a bit of a hurry. We aren't the ones flying the planes, obviously. We’re just the ones in the office in DLF City making sure the paperwork is right. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when there are weather delays or changes in the schedule. We don't have a fancy lounge in this office, just desks and a small pantry for tea. We’ve been at this address for a while and the team here is pretty tight-knit. We try to handle things calmly, even when people on the phone are stressed out about their travel. It's a job that requires a lot of patience. We don't use big corporate slogans in our daily talks; we just try to get the tickets sorted and the questions answered. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we first moved into this building, but we’re still here doing the same daily grind. It's just what we do to keep things moving along smoothly.
