Our office is tucked away in the D.D.A Flats in Munirka, specifically at A-23/B. Being in New Delhi means it is always crowded outside, but once you get inside the flat, it is a bit calmer. British Airways has this spot here to handle the paperwork and bookings that come through. It’s not a huge airport terminal or anything, just a regular office space where we manage things. We deal with a lot of flight schedules and passenger details throughout the day. Sometimes the printers jam right when we are in a huge hurry, which is always annoying. The Munirka area is busy, and finding a parking spot near the flats can be a real headache some mornings for the staff. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. People call us about their trips or wanting to change their seats, and we just do our best to click through the system. It feels more like a local neighborhood office than a big international company sometimes because we see the same people walking their dogs outside every day. We’ve been at this New Delhi address for a bit now, and we’ve learned how to deal with the heat and the noise of the city. It is just a regular workplace where we keep track of planes and people moving around the world while we stay put in our little corner of the flats. It works for us.
