British Airways

We've been over here at West End Heights for a while now. It's up in Tower C, specifically Apt 121, right in D.L.F Phase V. Gurgaon is a busy place, but this spot feels like home for the day-to-day work we do. Most people know the name British Airways, but this particular office is just us handling things from the Haryana side. It’s a decent setup with plenty of desks and computers. The commute through the local streets can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but once you're inside the tower, it’s quiet enough to focus. We don't have a big fancy lobby here like you might see in the city center. It’s more of a practical workspace where we get through the lists and the paperwork. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so we’ve learned to be patient. We make our tea in the small pantry and try to keep things moving. It isn't anything like a movie set, just a bunch of desks and people making sure things get done. We see the same faces every day in the hallway. It gets hot in the summer, but the AC keeps it tolerable. We keep our files organized and try not to let the clutter get out of hand. Our windows look out over the other towers in the complex. You can see the traffic starting to build up early in the afternoon. We usually order lunch from the nearby stalls or bring stuff from home. It's a simple routine. We’ve been here long enough to know the security guards by name.
