British Airways

Our location is Flat Number 3007 in the Ifci Cghs building. That is on Plot Number 4, right in Sector 23 of Dwarka. It’s a residential complex, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads of New Delhi. We operate British Airways stuff from here. It might seem a bit odd being in a flat, but it works for what we need to do. The elevators sometimes take a while, especially during the morning rush when everyone is heading out. We have a small space set up with the essentials. A few computers, some files, and a telephone that keeps us connected. Dwarka is a huge area, but Sector 23 has a nice vibe to it. We see the same security guards and neighbors every day. It feels more like a home than a sterile office. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. You just come up to the third floor. There’s usually some tea being made in the small kitchen area. We stay busy with the logistics and the back-end things that keep everything moving. It's not a place for public ticket sales or anything fancy like that. Just the staff doing the necessary daily work. We appreciate the calm here. It lets us focus without all the noise of the city. It’s just a regular flat where we get things done. Some days the balcony view is the only thing that keeps us sane when the workload gets a bit too much.
